Present : Ld. Counsel for Appellant (through VC).
Ld. Counsel for respondent no.1 (through VC).
Respondent No.2 is State represented through Ld. APP.
1. An application has been filed in the meantime on behalf of the
appellant seeking substitution of LRs of the appellant.
2. Heard. Record perused. For the reasons stated therein, the said
application is allowed.
3. Amended Memo of parties be filed by the appellant on or
before next date of hearing.
4. Ld. Counsel for respondent No.1 submits that he is yet to
receive a copy of the present appeal. Accordingly, a copy of the
amended memo as well as the appeal be also supplied to respondent
no.1 within 07 working days and thereafter, respondent no.1 is at
liberty to file reply, if any on or before next date of hearing with
copy to opposite party.
5. To come up for the above purpose on 08.07.2026.
6. Ahlmad is also directed to make necessary corrections in
the title of the present appeal as S.K. Sehgal [Dead through LR]s
Vs. Manav Sehgal & Another.
