Order 1 Rule 10 r/w Section 151 CPC.
A separate Rejoinder has also been filed on behalf of
the plaintiff to the written statement filed by defendant no. 2
alongwith statement of truth, affidavit of admission & denial of
documents relied upon by defendant no. 2.
An application bearing no. IA/4/2026 under Order
XII Rule 6 r/w Section 151 CPC for seeking preliminary decree
of possession on the basis of admission made by the defendants
has also been filed on behalf of the plaintiff. Copy supplied to
defendant no. 1 and be supplied to defendant no. 2.
No adverse order is being passed against the plaintiff
as Lawyers are abstaining from work today.
Put up for reply/arguments on application under
Order XII Rule 6 r/w Section 151 CPC being moved on behalf of
plaintiff on 20.01.2027.
