the present suit, defendant approached her to settle the dispute out of
Court and accordingly, she received the amount for which case has been
filed, as tendered by defendant and it is prayed that present suit may be
allowed to withdraw the present suit since her prayer stands satisfied.
Separate statement of the plaintiff to this effect is recorded. Ld. Counsel
for defendant admits the payment made by defendant and submits no
objection for withdrawl.
In view of the statement and submissions made, present
suit stands disposed off being withdrawn on settlement.
