Both the counsels submits that matter has been
amicably settled and the entire suit amount has been paid by the
defendant to the plaintiff.
The plaintiff is also present in the court.
It is submitted by the plaintiff that she wants to
withdraw the present matter as the mater has been amicably
settled between her and the defendant and in terms of the
settlement, she has received the entire suit amount and
accordingly it is prayed that the present suit may be disposed off
as compromised.
Separate statement of plaintiff is recorded separately.
In view of the statement of plaintiff, the present suit
stands disposed off as compromised/ settled.
