PW-1 Dr. KSH Shanta Singh examined, cross examined and discharged.
PW-2 HC Namit Kumar partly examined in chief. His further examination
in chief has been deferred for want of case property as same is lying with FSL. Let
witness be summoned again for the next date of hearing.
Let PW Arjun is present for examination however, it is stated by him that
he is suffering from stomach pain and not in a position to depose in the court. In view
thereof, witness is discharged unexamined for today and be summoned for next date of
hearing.
FSL result is not ready.
Directions are hereby issued to the DCP concerned to issue a priority
letter to the director FSL probably within 15 days or to depute some senior responsible
police official who can personally visit the FSL to obtain result of the present case FIR
and file the report in the court on the next date.
Let PWs mentioned in the list of witnesses at serial number 2,3,4,8 and 9
be summoned for the next date of hearing.
