1. No PW is present today.
2. There are directions of the Hon’ble High Court of
Delhi for expeditious examination of PW Arjun.
3. PW5 Arjun has already been examined in chief partly.
His further examination in chief was deferred on 30.10.2025 for
want of FSL result and it was submitted by the Ld Addl. PP for the
State that the clothes and pair of slippers worn by the complainant at
the time of incident and weapon of offence were still lying at FSL.
Court notice was accordingly issued to the IO/SHO concerned to file
the FSL result by today i.e. 10.11.2025.
4. IO has filed a report that exhibits have been sent to CFSL,
Lodhi Road, New Delhi. Accordingly, issue court notice to the
Director, CFSL, Lodhi Road, New Delhi, along with copy of this
order to expedite the preparation of FSL result and to file the same in
the Court on or before the next date of hearing or to depute some
authorized official for filing the status thereof on the next date of
hearing.

5. At this stage, Ld. Counsel for the accused submits that it is
not clear as to whether the weapon of offence i.e. knife was sent to
the FSL for examination. Accordingly, in view of the submissions

made by the Ld. Counsel for the accused, also issue court notice to
the IO/SHO concerned to appear before this Court on the next date
of hearing for clarification on this aspect.
6. To come up for filing of FSL result, further examination of
PW5 Arjun and admission/denial, if any, of the documents u/s 294
Cr.PC, on 16.12.2025. PW5 Arjun be summoned afresh for the next
date of hearing. MHC(M) with case property be summoned for the
next date of hearing.
