Sh. Mukul Taneja, Proxy counsel for the defendant.
The counsel for the plaintiff submits that there is no
need of filing of affidavit of admission/denial of documents by
the plaintiff as the defendant has not filed any document with the
written statement. It is further submitted by the counsel for the
plaintiff that the plaintiff does not wish to file any replication in
the matter and the issues may be framed accordingly.
From the pleadings of the parties, the following issues
are framed:
(i) Whether plaintiff is entitled to an amount of
Rs.7,10,433.54 from the defendant as prayed for? OPP
(ii) Whether the plaintiff is entitled to any interest
from the defendant? If so, at what rate and for which period?

(iii) Relief.
No other issue arises or is pressed from the pleadings.
The parties are directed to file their respective list of
witnesses within two weeks from today. The parties are also
directed to file their respective affidavits of witnesses within four
weeks from today. Advance copies of the same be exchanged
between the parties.
