West) Mr. Sikander Singh has not appeared in the other matter of similar
nature, in which DAR is to be filed after the expiry of statutory period

regarding the acceptance and maintainability of the DAR beyond the
maximum period of six month which is provided under the Act.
Therefore, issue fresh notice to the Addl. DCP (North-West) to appear
