The present appeal U/s 415 BNSS is filed against the impugned judgment of conviction dated 13.01.2026 and order on sentence dated 28.01.2026 passed by the Court of Ld. JMFC-06, North District, Rohini Courts, Delhi in Complaint Case No.5613/2019 in case titled as ‘ Kishan Prasad Sharam Vs. Sh. Ravinder Pal' whereby Ld. Trial Court has convicted the appellant/ accused for the offence punishable under section 138 of NI Act. Heard. The appeal is admitted subject to just exceptions. An application under section 430 BNSS for suspension of order on sentence and grant of bail is filed alongwith the present appeal. Submissions Heard. Record perused. The impugned order of sentence dated 28.01.2026 stands suspended till disposal of the present appeal and appellant is admitted to bail on his furnishing personal bond and surety bond in the sum of Rs.30,000/- to the satisfaction of the concerned ld. JMFC/Ld. Link JMFC.
