This is an application seeking release of original
FDR filed by the applicant before the Ld. JMFC at the time of
releasing of offending vehicle on superdari as the same was
unisured.
Heard on the aforesaid application. Record perused.
A perusal of case file shows that present matter has
already been settled between the parties on 15.04.2025. It is seen
that criminal case in respect of accident in question has also been
settled before the Ld. JMFC on 14.03.2026 vide statement of
settlement recorded on 09.02.2026.
In view of the above facts and circumstances of the
case, present application is allowed. Let the original FDR kept on
record, be released to applicant against proper acknowledgment
and receipt. Present application be tagged with main case file.
Be consigned to record room.
