In compliance of order of this court, accused Sahidul is
produced before the court. Vide order dated 26.02.2026, an application
for recording of voice sample of the present accused person was allowed.
Thereafter, a request was made with Director FSL regarding recording of
voice sample of accusd Sahidul. In compliance of the letter written by the
IO, the date of 28.04.2026 was given to the IO for the purpose of
recording of voice sample. For compliance of order of this court,
production warrant was issued and accused is present in the court today.
At this stage, a request is made by the IO for handing over
the custody of the accused for limited purpose of recording of voice
sample in the FSL, Rohini.
Heard. Considered and allowed.
Custody of the accused is handed over to the IC Lock Up to
take the accused to FSL Rohini and after completion of test, he be sent
back to the Tihar Jail concerned. IO is directed to comply with the order
of this court. Part statement of the complainant is recorded today.
