accused Sahab Singh.

On the basis of the charge-sheet, statement under
section 161 Cr. PC and the material available on record, prima
facie offences under section 20 (c) / 25 / 29 of NDPS Act are
made out against both the accused persons. Formal charge is
framed accordingly, to which accused persons pleaded not guilty
and claim trial.

Complainant, duty officer, IO and MHC (M) be
summoned for 01.08.2025.
PWs mentioned at serial no. 3, 4, 7 and 20 alongwith

Jail Superintendent concerned is directed to produce
accused persons from custody through video conferencing till
further orders.
