Defence Counsel for accused Sahab Singh.
PW ASI Neeraj, Rajeev Vashisht (Nodal Officer, Bharti
Airtel Ltd.) and HC Sanjeev are present.
IO and MHC(M) are also present.
PW ASI Neeraj and PW Rajiv Vashisht are examined,
cross examined and discharged as PW3 and PW4 respectively.
PW HC Sanjeev is examined as PW5. His cross
examination is deferred as Ld. Defence counsel wants to cross
examine him alongwith recovery witness i.e., PW2 SI Yogesh Mann.
Issue summons to PW2 SI Yogesh Mann and PW5 HC
Sanjeev for 05.12.2025.
Also issue summons to PW HC Dinesh, ASI Premvir
and ASI Mukhtyar Singh for 20.12.2025.
IO/MHC(M) is directed to file panchnama of vehicle in
question which was released on superdari on next date of hearing.

moved an application for obtaining uncertified copy of evidence
recorded today. Application stands allowed. Let copy of evidence
recorded today be supplied as per rules.
Put up for prosecution evidence on 05.12.2025 and
20.12.2025. IO and MHC(M) be summoned for both dates.
