This is the fresh chargesheet filed by the IO today in the court.

Accused Pradeep produced from JC.
Accused Sahab Singh is stated to be in custody in
Hisar Jail in a case FIR no. 75/24 PS Ratia.
IO ASI Virender is present.
I have perused the record.
As per the case of the prosecution, accused Sahab
Singh and Pradeep were arrested as they were found in joint
possession of 120.07 kg of ganja which they were carrying in
truck bearing no. HR-67B-7524. The recovered ganja falls under
commercial quantity. Necessary compliance has been done by the
IO. As per FSL result, contraband recovered from the accused is
ganja.
Considering the contents of the charge-sheet,
statement of witnesses recorded u/s 161 Cr. PC and FSL result, I
take cognizance of the offence under section 20 (c) of NDPS
Act.
It is submitted by the IO that till date, no evidence
has come forward against accused Bholi. He further submits that
he shall file the certified copy of CDR of accused Bholi and the

ownership documents of truck bearing no. HR-67B-7524 in the
form of supplementary charge-sheet.
Copy of the charge-sheet be supplied to the accused
Pradeep against due acknowledgment.
Issue production warrants for accused Sahab Singh
who is lodged in Hisar Jail in a case FIR no. 75/24 PS Ratia.
Put up for further proceedings on 17.03.2025.
