Issue citation through publication in English Daily newspaper “The Statesman” and Hindi Daily newspaper “Virat Vaibhav” on filing of PF and deposit of publication charges. Citation be also affixed on the notice board of the Court as well as on the notice board of the Collector concerned in whose jurisdiction property is situated. Issue notice to the State through Chief Secretary on filing of PF/RC/speed post as well as through authorized courier. Notice be also issued to the Collector on filing of PF for filing valuation report. Complete particulars of the property mentioned in the petition or in Schedule with approximate value shall also be given. Issue notice to respondents/ all LRs of deceased on filing of PF/RC, Dasti. Steps be taken within 15 working days. Now to come up on 05.08.2024 for publication and affixation of citation, filing of valuation report by Collector and service of notice upon respondents/LRs of deceased.
