Proxy counsel for filing the WS. Accordingly, allowed. 4. WS if any be filed on on or before NDOH with an advance copy to the opposite party with an appropriate application. 5. An application u/o XXXIX Rule 1 and 2 CPC is pending consideration. No reply is filed till date. 6. In view of that the application u/o XXXIX Rule 1 and 2 CPC is disposed of with a direction to the parties to maintain status quo with respect to title and possession of the suit property till the disposal of the suit. 7.
