It is submitted by the Ld. Counsel that some time be granted for filing the WS. Opposed by Ld. Counsel for plaintiff on the ground that the stipulated period for filing the WS has expired. Be that as it may, WS be filed on or before NDOH with an advance copy to the opposite party along with requisite application. 3. At this stage, Ld. Counsel for plaintiff submits that the plaintiff is in possession of the second floor of the suit property which is disputed by D3/Rakesh Kumar, It is submitted by D3 that it is incorrect and plaintiff is not in possession of the second floor of the suit property. It is further denied by the Ld. Counsel for defendants that the plaintiff is in the possession of the second floor of the suit property. 4. To this, Ld. Counsel for plaintiff submits that a LC be appointed to verify this fact. 5. To this Sh. Madhav Kumar present in court mob. No 9560366379 is appointed as Local commissioner to verify this fact as to who is in the possession of the second floor of the suit property. The fee of the Local commissioner will be Rs. 10000/-. The report be filed by the Ld. Local commissioner on or before NDOH with an advance copy to the opposite party and the LD. LC is also directed to -- 1 of 2 -- remain present on NDOH. The Ld. Local commissioner will visit the suit premises today at 5 Pm. 6. Order be given dasti, as prayed. 7.
