Today an application for waiving of cost imposed on
the LDOH has been moved on behalf of the JD.
Heard. Considered and declined.
Today again Ld. Counsel for the JD and JD submits
that the JD is ready to make a payment of Rs. 5 lacs to the DH by
way of cheque dated 19.11.2025.
Accordingly, the cheque of Rs. 5 lacs bearing no.
000016 dated 19.11.2025 drawn on Kotak Mahindra Bank,
Sonipat Branch has been handed over by the Ld Counsel for the
JD to the Ld Counsel for DH in the present execution and in the
connected Ex Civil bearing no. 43/24 and Ex Civil 47/24.
Same is accepted and acknowledged by Ld Counsel
for DH.
List the matter for verification of payment and for
making further payment by the JD on 23.12.2025.
Let the previously imposed cost be also paid by the
JD on NDOH.
In the meantime, the property bearing no, F5/119,
Swami, Shardhanand Park, Delhi- 42 which was earlier subject
to attachment shall not be disposed off.
