Ld. Proxy counsel for JD has filed photocopy of medical
document of the JD that he is not keeping well and doctor concerned has
advised him 5 to 7 days of bed-rest
For today, the JD has been directed to file the details of the
purchaser to whom he had sold out the suit property.
At this stage, it is submitted by Ld. Counsel for DH that the
JD is playing hankey-pankey and he just want to delay the proceedings of
the present case somehow. He insists for attachment of the property of the
JD which is admitted by the JD himself in his affidavit dated 01.06.2024
belonging to him.

I find substance in the submissions made by the Ld. Counsel
for DH and accordingly, the property bearing no. 123, an area measuring
200 Sq. Yards, out of Khasra No. 53, situated in the area of Village
Bhalaswa Jahangirpuri, Delhi, now Abadi known as Swami Shardhanand
Colony, Block A, Bhalaswa Dairy, near Sani Bazar Road, Delhi-110042 is
hereby attached.
