Vide separate order announced in the open court
today, the impugned order dated 20.12.2023 passed by the court
of ld. MM-01, North-District, Rohini Courts, Delhi is hereby set
aside and the revision petition filed by the revisionist stands
allowed.
The TCR be sent back to the ld. Trial court with
copy of order on revision petition.
Copy of order on revision petition be also sent to the
SHO PS Narela with directions to register the FIR against both
the respondents immediately in appropriate sections of law and
shall investigate the matter in accordance with the provisions of
the law.
Revision petition file be consigned to Record-Room.
