Accused Raj Kishore and Rajesh Rajput produced
from JC.
Accused Sanjay is present on interim bail.
Accused Nirpal produced from custody from
Chittorgarh Jail through video call as jail authorities are not able
to connect VC.
Ct. Sonu Prajapat is present from Chittorgarh Jail
alongwith the custody warrants of accused Nirpal.
Sh. Gajraj Singh and Sh. Aditya Atri, Ld. Counsels
for accused Rajesh Rajput and Nirpal.
Ms. Manvi Gupta, Ld. Counsel for accused Sanjay.
Sh. Ankit Rai, Ld. Counsel for accused Raj Kishore.
Bail bonds for accused Sanjay were accepted till
20.11.2024. Today, surety has placed on record FD after its
renewal. Accordingly, bail bonds of accused Sanjay are accepted
for a period of three weeks in terms of order of Hon’ble High
Court from the date of his release.

despite service of summons.
Sh. Jai Kishan and PW Pardeep Kumar have been
examined in chief, cross examined and discharged as PW-5 and
PW-6.
Separate applications seeking uncertified copy of
PW-5 and PW-6 has been filed on behalf of accused Sanjay
Kumar and Raj Kishore.
The said applications are allowed and copy be
supplied as per rules.
Put up for PE on 17.02.2025 and 05.03.2025.
Issue B/Ws against PW Inspector Pankaj and IO SI
Sita Ram for a sum of Rs. 5000/- each with one surety of like
amount, returnable for 17.02.2025.
PW Reader to ACP be also summoned for
17.02.2025.

Sharma be summoned for 05.03.2025.
