Ms. Shivani, Ld. Counsel for accused Sanjay,
through video conferencing.
Ct. Sonu, no. 1514/Police Line Chittorgarh from
Chittorgarh Jail is present and he submits that accused Nirpal
could not be produced today due to shortage of staff.
Ld. Counsel for accused Nirpal has placed on record
photocopy of order dated 01.03.2024 passed by the Hon’ble High
Court in bail application no. 346/2024 wherein it is ordered that
framing of charge may be expedited.
Ld. Counsel for accused Nirpal has already
submitted that he is ready to concede the charge but physical
appearance of accused Nirpal is required so that he may sign the
charge and he is not produced from Chittorgarh Jail on account of
shortage of staff. Therefore, this court is handicapped in framing
of charge for want of physical appearance of accused.

Naib Court has a telephonic conversation with
Deputy Jail Superintendent Onkar Joshi and he has been directed
to produce accused Nirpal positively on the next date of hearing
so that formal charge may be framed.
Put up for presence of accused Nirpal and
framing of charge against him on 20.03.2024.
