Ld. Counsel for appellant has not filed any fresh addess of
respondent after last order but it is contended that as per the knowledge of the
appellant, respondent is residing at the very same address at Kanishka Tower
Sector-34, Faridabad, Haryana and lastly before the court of Ld. Senior Civil
Judge, North District, Rohini, an application with affidavit citing another
address of Sriniwaspuri was filed. Accordingly, appellant is directed to file
affidavit in this regard. Subject to filing of this affidavit, issue fresh notice
of the appeal to the respondent in terms of order dated 15.09.2025.
Further, it is submitted by Ld. Counsel for appellant that the next
date fixed before Ld. Senior Civil Judge, North, Rohini is 30.04.2026. Let the
process be also attempted to be served before the court of Ld. Senior Civil
Judge, North, Rohini through Ld. Counsel for respondent on 30.04.2026.
