Counsels for plaintiff through VC. Ms. Annu Yadav, Ld. Counsel for defendant through VC. Log in was made with the name of Ms. Monica Tyagi by the advocate who now submits her name as Ms Monica and it was stated that parties have settled the dispute amicably out of Court and she also specified the Court that only the log in has been made in the name of Ms. Monica Tyagi but her name is Ms. Raksha. This fact was vehemently opposed by Ld. Counsel for defendant and it was stated that present advocate is not Ms. Raksha. This Court asked Ld. Counsel to share her identity as issued by Bar Counsel or Bar Association but she switched off her video immediately and later when the video was on, another lady advocate is seen and she submits that her name as Raksha and she is the counsel. Lady advocate appearing at first now submits that she is Monica Tyagi only and she disowned the statement that she ever stated her name a Raksha. Considering this conduct of Ms. Monica Tyagi and now appearance made by Ms. Raksha through VC which suggest the joint agreement between two to disclose wrong identity to the Court, both the counsels namely Ms. Monica Tyagi and Ms. Raksha are hereby de- barred from appearance through VC in the present case. Plaintiff is also directed to appear in person on the next date. Now, put up for further proceedings for 02.09.2025.
