1. IO has filed a report that FSL result regarding voice sample is
not ready.
2. Heard. Record perused. The matter is at the stage of
consideration on point of charge and the same has been held up for
want of above FSL result.
3. Accordingly, issue Court notice to Director, FSL alongwith a
copy of this order to expedite the preparation of FSL result and to
file its written status through some authorised official on or before
next date of hearing.
4. To come up for the above purpose on 30.09.2026.
5. Rehnumai of the accused produced from JC would be after
every 14 days through VC from Jail.
