1. Heard. Record perused. The matter is at the stage of
consideration on point of charge.
2. Part arguments heard. Sh. Pradeep Khatri, Ld. Counsel for
accused submits that FSL result in respect of the mobile phone as
well as voice sample is pending and that in the interest of justice, the
said result may first be obtained on record so that effective
arguments can take place on the point of charge.
3. In view of the above request, further arguments are deferred.
4. Issue Court notice to IO/SHO concerned to collect the FSL
result and to file the same in the Court on or before next date of
hearing.
5. To come up for the said purpose on 11.03.2026.
6. Rehnumai of the accused produced from JC would be after
every 14 days through VC from Jail.
