be served by examining second IO before the examination of first IO.

ASI Raj Kumar on account of official exigency, second IO Retd. SI
Virender Singh is discharged unexamined for today.
Copy of the supplementary charge-sheet has been
supplied to accused Wasim.
Put up for arguments on charge qua accused Wasim and
for PE on date fixed i.e. 13.08.2024.
At this stage, an application for execution of SPA of
accused Rifat Ali has been filed by his father for releasing the vehicle
bearing registration no. UP-25DL-5462 on superdari.
Submissions heard.
Let accused Rifat Ali be produced before the Oath
Commissioner for the purpose of executing SPA.
Be produced again.
