of the accused-applicant.
I.O has also moved an application for interrogation
of the accused-applicant in the matter.
Heard. Record perused.
Keeping in view the submissions, the surrender of
the accused-applicant is allowed. I.O is also permitted to
interrogate the accused-applicant for one hour.

IO SI Sandeep is present with case file.
It is submitted by the IO that he has interrogated the
accused-applicant and arrested him in the present case. He has
also moved an application seeking four days JC remand of the
accused-applicant. It is submitted by IO that PC remand of
accused is required, however, on account of General Election, PC
remand of accused is not obtained.
Submissions heard.
Reasons mentioned by the IO qua custody of
accused are justified. Accordingly, application for JC remand of
accused stands allowed.
Accused Wasim s/o Naseem Khan is remanded to
JC till 28.05.2024.
Copy of this order be given dasti to IO.
