Ld. Counsel for the defendant submits that he does
not seek to file any reply to the application of plaintiff u/O 39
Rule 1 & 2 R/w 151 CPC and does not object to the same being
allowed.
Heard submissions. Record perused.
In light of submissions made, application of plaintiff
u/O 39 Rule 1 & 2 R/w 151 CPC is allowed and the defendants,
their family members, agents, associates, etc., are hereby
restrained from creating any third party interest over the suit
property bearing no. A-149, New Seelampur, Delhi-53,
consisting of one room, one hall, toilet, kitchen and bathroom as
shown in the site plan till the disposal of the present case or in
accordance with orders of a competent court. In light of the
same application stands disposed of.
Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff seeks some more time
for filing replication. Let the same be filed by the next date of
hearing with advance copy to the opposite counsel.
Put up for completion of pleadings / admission-
denial of documents on 01.08.2024.
