not interested in pursuing the present case. Therefore he is
proceeded with exparte.

behalf of plaintiff is already on record. Ld. Counsel for the
Plaintiff undertakes to supply copy of the application U/o 39

Reply if any be filed on or before the NDOH with
advance copy to opposite side atleast one week prior to NDOH.
Issue summons to defendant no. 3 on filing of PF
returnable for date fixed.
