Sh. Shiv Dutt Kaushi, Ld. Counsel for the defendant.
Matter is listed for arguments on the pending
applications. Vide previous order, Ld. Counsel for the defendant
had sought time to file relevant documents.
During the course of arguments, Ld. Counsel for the
defendant states that he shall file the documents along with list of
documents during the course of the day. He states that he shall
supply the copy of the documents to the Ld. Counsel for the
plaintiff during the course of the day.
At this stage, Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff places
reliance upon some documents, however, the same are not
traceable in file.
Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff seeks some time to
inspect the court file and to flag the relevant documents.
Considering the submissions made by both the
parties, now for arguments on 16/12/2025.
At this stage, Ld. Counsel for the defendant has
reiterated the submissions made by him on the LDOH and states
that the defendant will not take any coercive steps against the
plaintiff till the next date of hearing.
Now to come up for arguments on the pending
application on 16/12/2025.
