Reply has been filed on behalf of the plaintiffs to the
application U/o 7 Rule 11 CPC.
Part arguments advanced on the application U/o 7
Rule 11 CPC.
Both the parties have sought time to file relevant
case laws.
At this stage, an application U/o 1 Rule 10 r/w
Section 151 CPC has been filed on behalf of the applicant Puran
Singh.
Copy of the application has been supplied to the Ld.
Counsels for the plaintiffs and defendants.
Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff seeks time to file the
reply.
Reply, if any, may be filed before NDOH with
advance copy to the opposite party.
At this stage, Ld. Counsel for the plaintiffs states
that the defendants have not filed the relevant documents in

support of the averments made by DUSIB in the written
statement.
Ld. Counsel for the defendants states that the plot in
question was allotted to Sh. Bihari Lal S/o Sh. Bedi Ram and
states that he shall file the relevant documents on the next date of
hearing.
At this stage, Ld. Counsel for the defendants again
seeks adjournment for arguments on the application U/o 39 Rule
1 & 2 CPC stating that the defendants shall not take any coercive
steps against the plaintiffs till the next date of hearing and has
assured the Ld. Counsel for the plaintiffs that the defendants will
not dispossess the plaintiffs from the suit property till the next
date of hearing.
Considering the submissions made by the Ld.
Counsel for the defendants last and final opportunity is given to
the defendants to argue on the application U/o 39 Rule 1 & 2
CPC on the next date of hearing.
Now to come up for arguments on the pending
applications on 16/10/2025.
