WS on behalf of D-1 and D-2 has been filed today.
Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff submits that he has not
received the hard copy of the WS.
Let the copy of the WS be supplied to the plaintiff
during the course of the day.
Ld. Counsel for D-1 and D-2 seeks some time to move
an application seeking condonation of delay in filing the WS. It is
submitted that he shall file the application during the course of the
day. Let the copy of the application be also supplied to the plaintiff
during the course of the day.
WS on behalf of D-3 already stands filed.
Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff submits that he does not
intend to file replication to the WS of D-3.
Replication, if any, to the WS of D-1 and D-2 be filed
before NDOH with advance copy to the opposite party.
Now to come up for completion of pleadings/framing of
issues on 29/04/2025.
