Vakalatnama has been filed on behalf of the
defendant no. 1.
Ld. Counsel for the D-1 and D-2 submits that he has
not received the complete copy of plaint and annexures.
Let the deficient copies be supplied within five
working days.
Ld. Counsel for the D-3 submits that she has already
e-filed the vakalatnama and the WS.
Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff submits that he has
received the copy of the same.
Replication, if any, be filed before NDOH with
advance copy to the opposite party.
WS on behalf of D-1 and D-2, if any, be filed within
the period of limitation with advance copy to the opposite party.
At this stage, it is jointly submitted by both the
parties that there are possibilities of settlement and a request has
been made for referring the parties to mediation.

At joint request, parties are referred to mediation
center to explore possibility of settlement.
Parties to appear before mediation center on
23/01/2025 at 12.00 p.m.
Now to come up for outcome of mediation/further
