Plaintiff also filed the objections to application u/o 8 Rule 1 CPC. Copy supplied. Part arguments advanced from both sides on an application u/o 1 Rule 10 CPC filed by applicant Sh. Vinod Kumar. During course of arguments, it is submitted by applicant that Sh. Vinod Kumar is owner of suit property vide document dated 12.05.2000 and has not transferred the ownership right to anybody thereafter and accordingly, the suit filed by plaintiff is frivolous suit. Per contra, it is submitted by respondent/plaintiff that although the applicant was owner vide document dated 12.05.2000 but the applicant has already transferred the ownership right to his mother/grand-mother of plaintiff vide -- 1 of 2 -- document dated 08.06.2000 from where the title devovles upon plaintiff vide document dated 27.08.2025. Since, it is admitted fact from both sides that applicant was owner of suit property in the month of May, 2000, so, both the parties are directed to place on record the original documents of ownership of suit property within 07 days from today.
