Authority Letter of North-East, DLSA has been filed
by the Ld. LAC.
Proxy counsel for defendant no. 2 submits that he
received the complete set of the plaint and documents just three
days ago. Further, Ld. LAC for defendant no. 1 submits that one
document i.e. receipt at page 18 of the plaint is not legible and it
is not possible to file the WS without receiving a legible copy of
the same.
Ld. counsel for the plaintiff is directed to supply the
legible copy of the document at page no. 18 of the plaint to
defendant no. 1 within one week from today.
Defendants are directed to file WS within stipulated
time mentioned in CPC with advance copy to the opposite party
at least 15 days prior to the NDOH. The plaintiff is also directed
to file replication, if any, with advance copy to the opposite party
before the NDOH.
Be put up for completion of pleadings, admission-
denial/ framing of issues on 24.05.2025.
