executed by Chander Bhan Bhardwaj in favour of Yatender
Kumar Sharma dated 29.12.1983, photocopy of GPA, Agreement
deed, receipt executed by Rambiri in favour of Ashok Kumar
Sharma dated 03.06.1983 and photocopy of GPA, Agreement,
receipt, Will all dated 15.05.1990 executed by Ahok Kumar
Sharma in favour of Yatender Kumar Sharma have been heard.
Today, during arguments, Ld. Counsel for the
defendant has no objection in case the application is allowed with
cost. Perusal of the record reveals that matter is at initial stage
and issues have not been framed till date. No prejudice shall be
caused to the defendant in case the document are allowed to be
placed on record.
In view of the same, the application of the plaintiff
application u/O VII Rule 14 (3) of CPC stands allowed subject to
cost of Rs. 500/- to be deposited with DLSA/NE.
Documents are taken on record.
