Respondent No. 2 is not present.
As per report of Ahlmad, respondents have been served through
affixation on 10.11.2023. It is further report by Ahlmad that application for leave to
defend has been filed on 24.11.2023. Counter affidavits are also stated to have been
filed on behalf of petitioners.
Parties seeks passover stating that their counsels are not available. Put up
at 10.30 am.

both petitioner are in person.
Respondent No. 1 in person. (also appearing for
respondent No. 2).
Respondent No. 2 is not present.
Sh. Feroz Ahmed, Ld counsel for both the
respondents through VC.
Ld counsel for respondents submits that they have yet not been supplied
with the copy of reply to the application of leave to defend, filed on behalf of the
petitioners to which Ld counsel for petitioners submits that he had already sent the
copy of the reply to the Ld counsel for respondents via speed post and the receipt of
the same has already been annexed with the reply filed in the Court. Heard.

In view of the submissions and in the interest of justice, petitioners are
directed to supply the copy within a week from today. Same stands supplied to
respondent No. 1, who is also appearing for respondent No. 2.
Rejoinder, if any to the reply filed on behalf of petitioners be filed well
before NDOH with advance copy to opposite party atleast a week before NDOH.
Be put up for aforesaid purpose/ arguments on leave to defend
application on 18.04.2024.
Date has been given as per request and convenience of Ld counsels for
both the parties.
