application i.e. U/o 7 Rule 14 CPC, however, it is submitted by
the Ld. Counsel for the petitioners that petitioners want to
withdraw their application U/o 7 Rule 14 CPC which was filed
on 26/04/2025.
Joint statement of the petitioners have been recorded
to this effect.
In view of the statement made by the petitioners the
application U/o 7 Rule 14 CPC filed on 26/04/2025 is disposed
of withdrawn.
At this stage, a fresh application U/o 7 Rule 14 CPC
and certified copy of the documents have been filed on behalf of
the petitioners.
Copy of the same supplied to the respondent no. 1
who is present in the court.
Reply, if any, be filed before NDOH with advance
copy to the opposite party.
Now to come up for arguments on the aforesaid
application on 14/10/2025.
