Reply to the application of the petitioners has been
filed on behalf of the respondents.
Copy supplied to the Ld. Counsel for the
respondents.
Ld. Counsel for the petitioners has advanced
arguments on the application.
At this stage, Ld. Counsel for the respondents states
that the copy of the documents as supplied to him was
completely illegible. He has requested for a legible copy and
states that he can advance further arguments only after the legible
copies of the documents are provided to him.
Considering the fact that the petitioners intend to
place on record additional documents by way of the present
application, it is deemed appropriate that a legible copy of the
documents be supplied to the respondents.
Let a legible copy of the documents be supplied to
the respondents within 5 working days against acknowledgment.
Last and final opportunity is given to the
respondents to conclude arguments on the application U/o 7 Rule
14 CPC on the next date of hearing.
Now to come up for arguments on the aforesaid
application on 15/11/2025.
