transfer the decree before the court of Competent jurisdiction. He stated
that the JD resides within the local limits of the jurisdiction of learned
Principal District & Sessions Judge, North Distt, Rohini Courts, Delhi.
He, therefore, prayed that transfer certificate may be issued with a
certificate of non- satisfaction.

Let a Certificate of Transfer relating to non-satisfaction of
the decree be issued, as per rules and the same be transmitted to the court
of learned Principal District & Sessions Judge, North Distt, Rohini
Courts, Delhi for execution.
