Whether the plaintiff is entitled for recovery of sum of Rs. 1,64,000/- alongwith interest of 18% per annum, as prayed for ? OPP 2. Whether the plaintiff is entitled to recover cost of litigation alongwith court fees, as prayed for ? OPP 3. Whether the suit is maintainable in the present form ? OPD 4. Relief. In view of the fact that the dispute in the instant matter pertains prima facie between a member of cooperative society and a cooperative society registered under Delhi Cooperative Society Act, let the following preliminary issued be framed. 1. Whether the suit is maintainable in the lite of section 70 (1) (d) Delhi Cooperative Society Act? OPP No other issue arises or pressed for.
