The copy of plaint and the documents supplied by
the plaintiff is not legible. Let the same be supplied against
acknowledgment and the defendant shall file WS within 30 days
from the date of receiving the legible copy of plaint and
documents.
Let the reply of application under Order XXXIX
Rule 1 and 2 CPC be filed by the defendant with advance copy of
the same be supplied to opposite party atleast one week prior to
NDOH against acknowledgment.
In the meanwhile both the parties are restrained from
creating any third party interest over the suit property i.e. H. no.
368/2, Village Gokul Puri, Kardam Puri, Shahdara, Delhi
measuring approximately 35 Sq. Yards. (Suit property).
Let the territorial jurisdiction also be verified by the
Plaintiff by the NDOH.
