The burden of proof lies upon the plaintiff that the entire copy of plaint and document has been supplied to all the defendants alongwith copy of order dt. 11.08.2026. Accordingly, the plaintiff is granted the opportunity -- 1 of 2 -- to produce the necessary evidence in support of his assertion that all the documents have been supplied to all the defendants. It is clarified that unless the said issue is decided the time for filing the WS shall not run against any defendant. In the meanwhile, interim order dt. 11.08.2026 shall continue till NDOH.
