Present: Sh. Shivam Panchal, Ld. Counsel for the DH with
DH.
JD in person.
JD submits that he cannot satisfy the decree at once
and can only pay Rs. 10,000/- per month.
The balance amount to be paid is Rs. 2,10,625/- and
if JD is permitted to pay Rs. 10,000/- per month that would take a
lot of time. Hence, warrant of attachment are being issued.
Warrant of attachment received back unexecuted
with the report that the premises of JD was found locked.
In view of the same, issue warrants of attachment
against the movable assets of the JD on taking steps within 7
days. The concerned SHO is directed to provide police aid for
the purpose of execution of warrants.
DH to appear for appointment of bailiff on
30.07.2026 and to report before this court on 05.09.2026.
SHO concerned is directed to provide necessary
police aid for execution of warrants alongwith the authority to
break open any locks, if required. Further SHO is also directed to
depute one Female police officer for the purpose of executing
warrant of attachment.
