the defendant stating that he is presently not available to cross-
examine the plaintiff.
It can be observed that vide previous order last and
final opportunity was given to the defendant to cross-examine the
witness, however, in the interest of justice and at request of Ld.

Counsel for the defendant, one more opportunity is given to the
defendant to cross-examine the plaintiff subject to cost of Rs.
2,000/- payable to the plaintiff by the defendant on the next date
of hearing.
Now to come up for cross-examination of
plaintiff/PE on 20/08/2025 at 11.00 a.m.
As requested, let previous cost imposed be also paid
on the next date of hearing.
