Whether the plaintiff is entitled to the decree of mandatory injunction directing the defendant to release and hand over the property documents of the plaintiff as prayed for? OPP. 3. Whether the present suit for simplicitor injunction is not maintainable without seeking declaration that plaintiff has paid the entire loan amount? OPD. 4. Whether the present suit is barred under Section 21A of the Bank Regulation Act 1949? OPD. 5. Relief. No other issue arises or is pressed for.
