report that Raj Bala has expired.
Summons to Lalita received back with the report that
address is incorrect.
The applicant is directed to file fresh address of non
applicant Lalita and move appropriate application to bring LRs of
deceased Raj Bala on record.
It is submitted by non-applicant Meenu Sharma that her
description in the summons received by her is incorrect.
She further submits that the description is mentioned as
Meenu Sharma W/o Deepak Kumar D/o Ramesh Chand instead of
Meenu Sharma W/o Sh. Rakesh Chand Sharma. Copy of Aadhar Card
is submitted by Non applicant Meenu Sharma.
In view of the same, let amended memo of parties filed
by the applicant.
Further, non-applicant Meenu Sharma submits that she
does not possess means to hire a lawyer accordingly she has been
apprised of the Legal Aid Facility at DLSA N/E.
List the matter for further proceedings on 11.05.2026.
