As per record, on 05.08.2025, clarifications were
sought from Ld. Counsel for plaintiff with respect to the valuation
of the Suit and he had sought time to advance clarifications.
Further, it was submitted that Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff intends
to move an application for placing on record additional documents.
No such application has been moved till date.
At request of Proxy Counsel for the plaintiffs, be
awaited for appearance of main Counsel for the plaintiffs today at
11:30 AM.
