Sh. Rajipal S. Bhadana, Ld. Counsel for defendants.
Application u/O 39 Rule 1 and 2 filed on behalf of
the defendant is already disposed off in view of the statement of
the LR of the plaintiff vide order dated 31.07.2025.
At this outset, Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff has
submitted that on the last date of hearing, the evidence of PW-1
Rajender Singh was recorded and inadvertently the name of the
witness is mentioned as Rajender Singh Yadav in place of
Rajinder Singh Rawat.
Heard. Perused.
Let the evidence dated 31.07.2025 be rectified to the
effect of the name of the witness as “Rajinder Singh Rawat” in
place of “Rajender Singh Yadav”.
Both the parties have expressed their inclination to
settle the matter and requested to refer the matter to Mediation
Centre. Separate referral form is filled to this effect and got
signed by the parties / counsels.
Accordingly, matter is referred to Mediation Centre.
Both the parties shall appear before the Mediation Cell on
20.08.2025 at 02.00 pm and for report before this Court on
04.09.2025.
